Program Details

Canadian Imperial College offers an Undergraduate Certificate in Finance program. This one-year foundation program prepares students to pursue many careers in the financial services industry.

This program also prepare students to receive an education that is more specialized. Students who enroll in the program will be equipped with the training and knowledge they need to become competitive applicants for as B.Sc., M.Sc. Finance programs.

Admission Requirements

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
  • Alberta Grade 12 English Language and Mathematics completion or successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) test with a minimum score of 450 in each of the five tests.
  • Students from non-English speaking countries should provide proof of English Proficiency; IELTS with an overall band of 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each band, CELPIP with an overall band of 6 and none less than 6, or a minimum TOEFL score of 78 (CBT), with nothing less than 19 in each band.
